Facilitate
: We present knowledge and practical tools that give participants the capability and confidence to build effective relationships with people from a variety of cultural backgrounds.Intercultural
: We believe God has uniquely deposited His glory, richness, and grace in the various cultures that cover our globe; therefore, every culture has a unique gift and contribution to His Kingdom. Understanding other cultures is the entry way for grasping a fuller knowledge of God. Growing in the knowledge of God through the discoveries of Him in other cultures equips us with the ability to live as He designed — inter-culturally.Relationships: We believe that relationships are core to God Kingdom. The most important relationship in His Kingdom is our relationship with Him. We believe that since He has deposited aspects of Himself in other cultures, intercultural relationships greatly enhance the goal of Ephesians 4:13, until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.(NIV)
Everywhere:
People often encounter others from different cultures on a daily basis. Our education and training is for every sphere of life in which participants are involved: where they live, where they go to school, where they work, where they play, and where they worship.
